16. AI Chatbot and Automated Tools

BIOCUBE may offer an AI Member Concierge and other automated tools that use artificial intelligence and machine learning to answer general questions, explain published services, help you navigate our website, and provide nonmedical service suggestions. The concierge is an automated system, not a person or healthcare professional. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Please verify material information using the applicable membership agreement, current service page, official booking system, or BIOCUBE team.

Chat responses do not amend a contract, guarantee availability or results, determine medical suitability, confirm an appointment, enroll you in a membership, or authorize a charge. An appointment or transaction is confirmed only through the applicable official process. Where information conflicts, your applicable written agreement and legally required disclosures govern.

Medical questions and sensitive information

The chatbot does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication or supplement dosing, interpretation of tests, medical screening, or clearance to use a device or service. It does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Direct all medical questions to BIOCUBE HEALTH professionals through an appointment: https://www.biocubeusa.com/biocube-health. Clinical services are subject to the treating provider’s assessment, consent process, terms, and privacy notices.

Do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical history, laboratory results, photographs of a medical concern, health insurance details, or other sensitive health information into the chatbot. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or another person’s private information. Use the healthcare provider’s designated intake process for health information.

The chatbot is not monitored for emergencies and cannot contact emergency services. For a possible medical emergency in the United States, call 911 immediately. Do not wait for a chat response or appointment.

Personalization and consent

Behavioral monitoring for this feature means analysis of disclosed digital interactions, such as pages viewed, service-category interests, and booking activity. Where enabled with the applicable permission, these signals may be used to create a nonmedical preference profile and personalize service recommendations. The Privacy Policy describes the data, purposes, recipients, retention periods, and choices. This clause does not authorize undisclosed surveillance or health profiling.

Starting a chat does not enroll you in marketing, authorize optional tracking or persistent profiling, or authorize medical-data processing. Optional permissions are requested separately. You may decline optional personalization and still obtain general information and membership support. Nonmedical suggestions are not recommendations that a service is safe or appropriate for you.

17. Membership Changes and New Services

BIOCUBE reserves the right to develop, introduce, test, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue services, devices, programs, packages, amenities, and membership offerings. This includes creating new membership tiers, changing eligibility or included benefits, and establishing prices for new services, upgrades, optional add-ons, and future memberships, subject to applicable law and existing written commitments.

BIOCUBE may update reasonable booking and club rules, including reservation windows, active-reservation limits, session durations, cancellation and no-show procedures, access hours, capacity limits, guest use, safety requirements, equipment procedures, and conduct standards. Applicable rules will be made available through the website, booking system, member communications, or at the club.

For existing members, material changes that increase recurring fees or materially reduce contracted benefits will be communicated directly before taking effect. Notice will state the change, effective date, affected membership, and available cancellation or other remedies. BIOCUBE will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice and any longer notice or consent required by law or the member’s agreement. If the existing cancellation period would prevent a member from leaving before an adverse change, the member may cancel before that change takes effect without an additional early-termination charge attributable to exercising that option. Accrued charges remain payable as permitted by law.

Recurring-price updates for existing memberships remain subject to the annual adjustment limit and Launch Member exception in the Membership Agreement. Any fixed-rate, Founding Member, Launch Member, prepaid-term, or other protected benefit expressly promised in an applicable written agreement will be honored for its stated duration and conditions. New tiers or offerings do not automatically transfer an existing member or authorize additional charges.

Urgent safety, security, legal, maintenance, or emergency restrictions may take effect immediately where reasonably necessary, with notice as soon as practicable. Administrative changes that do not materially reduce a member’s rights may take effect on the stated date after posting or notice. No change overrides a refund, cancellation, notice, consent, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.

New services and premium offerings may be separately priced and may require a separate purchase, eligibility assessment, or clinical consultation. They are not included in an existing membership unless expressly stated. Medical services provided through BIOCUBE HEALTH remain subject to the treating provider’s assessment and separate terms.
