Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?

Appointments are recommended, but most of our technologies can also be used on a drop-in basis.The BIOCUBE experience, is designed to be fast, convenient, and part of your regular routine. When you reserve a visit in advance, your session is guaranteed. During a drop-in visit, you may use up to two available technologies included in your membership. On slower times of the day, our staff may allow you to use additional technologies during the same visit.In short: Members simply arrive, check in, and use the technology they have reserved or any available device during their visit.Please note that our Third Party BIOCUBE HEALTH services, such as IV therapy or medical consultations, require scheduling in advance.

Our team provides guidance for first-time users (During Members onboarding) and ensures that all technologies are used appropriately. If you forget ho to use one device, our staff is always there to help and remind you.Most BIOCUBE experiences are non-invasive wellness technologies designed to support recovery, circulation, relaxation, and overall well-being. For services that require medical oversight—such as IV therapy, peptides, or other advanced treatments—BIOCUBE HEALTH partners with licensed medical professionals who provide consultation and supervision when required.As with any wellness service, if you have specific medical conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning new therapies. Our membership model allows members to access multiple technologies worth thousands of dollars a month, through a simple monthly plan, often priced similarly to what just one or two sessions at another wellness clinic might cost. Does daily access mean unlimited use of every device?

Your membership provides daily access to the included wellness modalities, with one active reservation at a time. Additional device access is available when capacity permits, subject to safety requirements and club rules.The BIOCUBE system is designed to accommodate more than 600 sessions per day, supporting daily access for our members. Availability varies by device and time of day, so daily access does not guarantee immediate use of every modality.

Are IV therapy and BIOCUBE HEALTH services included in my membership?

How do membership renewal and cancellation work?

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless properly cancelled.Cancellation requires three full billing cycles’ notice, submitted by email or through the membership management system where available. Membership fees remain payable throughout the notice period. Please review the Membership Agreement before enrolling.

Memberships are individual and cannot be shared or transferred. There are several ways to introduce your guests to BIOCUBE:Guest passes: Guests may visit with a separate guest pass, currently priced at $199 and excluding Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). Guest visits are subject to availability, designated guest hours and applicable booking and participation requirements.Private events: Members may request a private BIOCUBE experience for friends, family, employees or business partners, tailored to their occasion. We offer just 12 member-hosted private events each year—one designated Friday per month. Requests receive priority in the order received, with dates and event arrangements subject to confirmation.BIOCUBE Social Nights: Our monthly social events offer another opportunity to bring a guest and enjoy BIOCUBE together. Spaces are limited, with reservations accepted in the order received, subject to each event’s guest policy.
