How INBODY BODY COMPOSITION TESTING works & Benefits

Our team will explain how to prepare and guide you through the steps of your InBody test. You’ll remove your shoes, socks and heavy accessories before standing on the analyzer and holding its hand electrodes. Remain still for a brief measurement, then receive a detailed breakdown of your body composition.

01 What to expect:

InBody uses direct segmental, multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis. Small electrical currents travel through the body while the system measures resistance across your arms, legs and torso. This information is used to calculate measurements including skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage and total body water.

02 How it works:

An InBody test creates a detailed baseline and helps you track changes that an ordinary scale cannot show. Repeat testing can reveal changes in muscle, fat and body water, helping you make more informed decisions about your fitness, nutrition and wellness routine. The InBody app or Touch kiosk at BIOCUBE provides immediate access to your results, detailed analysis and useful insights.
